The Artistic Director of the Presteigne Festival is an old friend of mine and I asked him if he might be interested in inviting you to perform at a future festival. He looked up your website but thought that you seem to play very little new music. The Presteigne Festival always highlights new composers as well as those from the past. What is your attitude to new composers?

I have enjoyed tremendously the many Emerald concerts I have attended as a reviewer for local newspapers in Gloucestershire. It would be great to see Emerald participating in the Three Choirs festival and the Cheltenham Music festival.
